Yes, for Master degree, many universities offer courses in English. You don't need German language for class. But for daily life, like shopping or talking to the landlord, learning basic A1 or A2 level German is very helpful. For Bachelor courses, it is hard to find English options, they ask for C1 German.

English taught programs in Germany will not require German language. However, learning A1 or A2 level is helpful for daily life and part-time jobs.

No this is not 100% true. Public universities in the state of Baden-Württemberg charge €1,500 per semester. The most famous TUM now charges EUR 1500 for international students.

German Student Visa New Changes: From February last year, the German Foreign Ministry has launched a Consular Services Portal known as digital.diplo.de to reduce the processing time of German student visas. Students can now apply for visas online, fill out the application form, and submit the documents. Here, students will have to visit VFS Global only for biometrics after completing their application online. 

Japanese can be difficult to learn. Especially for those who have a habit of using their native languages. Its writing system includes three scripts. Grammar format is different from English language.

There is no fixed time for this. Time varies widely. But, reaching basic fluency (JLPT N4/N5) takes 6 months to 1 year of preparation. For achieving advanced proficiency, you need 3 to 5 years. 

It depends on your course. If you choose English taught programme (mostly for Masters), then you don't need advanced German. But, life outside college is hard without language. For grocery shopping, talking to landlord, or finding part-time jobs, you need at least A1 or A2 level German. Also, many companies prefer candidates who speak little bit German.

Depending on the requirement of the course of choice at the University of Bremen, students need to submit German proficiency proof. The following certificates are accepted

• TestDaF - at least 16 points
• DSH - min. DSU-2
• German examination at a preparatory college
• Goethe Certificate C1 or C2
• Deutsch C1 Hochschule
• DSD Level II C1
• ÖSD C1 or C2

The answer depends on whether the course of choice of the student is taught in German or English. If we talk about master's programs at Bremen, currently 23 programs are taught in English while 36 are taught in German. So choose a programme and submit the language certificates accordingly.
