Helli Diya, Aah Chandigarh! There are plenty of coaching centres in Chandigarh teaching English and Economics. However I would strongly recommend you to go that coaching centre that is the nearest to your home or the one which is easily reached. This will give you some more time for doing homework at home to gain proficiency quickly.

In which college do you wish to apply? Please specify. Mostly entrance test is conducted for 90 minutes and is designed to evaluate candidates proficiency in English Language, next will be based on a passage of prose or verse and includes a short essay model question (based on a general literary topic).

Yes, various universities across India offer honours degree in geography. including many colleges of Delhi University itself. if you score well enough to get in, you definitely should. Other than Delhi University, other universities like BHU and Allahabad University are also excellent alternatives for geography (Hons).

According to me, English communicative is a better option better there is a compulsory exam of English in which you have to write an essay on a particular topic. So, by taking that, you can improve your communication and writing skills so as to write a better and more presentable essay.
