Law Entrance Exam

Both exams are national level. While AIBE is a certification exam, CLAT is an entrance exam to get admission into NLUs. The difficulty level of both the exams are more or less same. 

The Allahabad HC has ordered that Question No. 9 of Booklet C (and its equivalent questions across all sets) be re-evaluated by treating both options 'B' and 'D' as correct answers. The revised CLAT Score 2026 shall not affect candidates who have already been allotted seats in Round 1 of CLAT UG 2026 counselling. However, later, the Allahabad single bench judge stayed the order. So, no answer key or result will be revised.

Yes, as per the notification released by the Consortium, the CLAT Counselling Schedule for the third merit list was only revised. The CLAT Fourth and fifth allotment list will be published as scheduled. 

The number of students who appear for Andhra Pradesh LAWCET (AP LAWCET) exam keeps changing every year. Last year, near about 27,253 candidates had registered for the test as per few local education news reports.

The AILET 2026 first merit list and provisional seat allotment was announced by NLU Delhi on January 8, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. 

Spot admission in Andhra Pradesh LAWCET means filling leftover or vacant seats after the main counselling rounds end. Colleges offer these seats directly to eligible candidates who didn't get admission earlier. You can visit the college with your documents and pay the fee to confirm your seat. Rules may vary by college and year.

AP LAWCET 2027 offer many seats for law courses in Andhra Pradesh colleges. Around 8,000 seats are available for 3-year LLB and near 3,000 seats for 5-year LLB programs.
