Yes, you can pursue a 3 year LLB course now. You will have to give entrance exam to get admission in this course.

There are no distance education courses available in labour law and labour welfare course. These are full time courses. You can get admission in a college where attendance is not an issue.

There is no special subject that you should take for doing LL.B. But perfection in company/ corporate subjects will give you better understanding and internet in company law etc.

Nlsiu does provide international law. but as you have completed 12th you have to first pursue llb where the subject will be introduced to you then you can do llm in it. Criminal law is a different branch but there are some conventions that deal with non-conventional crimes that may happen at int. level. but still, domestic law can only give relief in the true sense. you will get clear picture of this once you complete your llb.

You need 50% marks in your 12th and then score top 50 rank in the CLAT exam to get admission in nlsiu.

For pursuing B.A. LL.B., you have to give exams like CLAT AILET bhu CET etc. The applications will start in the month of march/ april you should look then.
