No, you can't pursue from distance education and it has no value. LLB Should be done regularly as you will get license to practice.

Hi,As per the rule of BCI, you are not eligible minimum you need 45 percentage to get admission into the course.

Yes, you can apply for BA LLB course, but most probably your mode of study will be in English language, not Sanskrit. Your percentage in intermediate should be more than 50 %.

You can do Post graduate Diploma in cyber law from Indian Law Institute Delhi. The eligibility criteria is graduate degree in any branch.
