You can apply to any private colleges offering 3 year law course. Otherwise, it is not possible. The private universities also take an entrance exam, but that's just for formality.

Dy Patil Navi Mumbai is the most sought universities amongst the three. The reputation and recognition of the university is from fair to good. In LLB, it all depends what kind of work you do.

The colleges conducts its own entrance exam. The eligibility criteria are:
The Candidate must be passed (10+2) with relevant subjects from State board/recognized board (Gen/OBC- 50% and SC/ST-45% ). Must not be more than 21 years of age.

You can apply to any private university. They will take admission but don't keep hopes very high as this year admission process is over for many universities.
