Both the universities are very good. Christ University is a deemed University founded in 1969 and the KLE in 1916. You should go on to the websites and compare each university's infrastructure and placement records according to your needs. i would but I would recommend KLE.

The bar council has removed age restrictions so after your course, it should not be a bar from registering with BCI. You will have to appear in the AIBE exam to register yourself as an advocate.

I think ICFAI is better. It was founded in the year 2003 so, it is older than Galgotias which was founded in 2011 and ICFAI was itself founded in 1984. Furthermore, ICFAI is a government university or would be on public-private ownership basis but Galgotias is a pvt. university.

There is no fixed package that you can get assurance about. It depends on the tags and sources you have. If you have an NLU tier 1 tag, you will get a good package, NLU tier2 then moderate and so on. If you graduate from other universities then go for pvt. Placements you may earn around 30k to 1 Lacs. And if you crack government exam then the government package. To know exactly, you have to see where you stand exactly.

Dear Vishu, Yes, BA LLB From Bennett University is a good option, but I yet suggest you to look for some better colleges which are providing law degree from a very long time. Bennett University has been recently started as a university. Check for colleges which are best in ranking for law studies and suggest you to then apply for the course.
