I don't think you will actually need the application form for the admission process. Rest, I would advise you to go through the guidelines in the prospectus or the website once or call on the helpline number. They will answer every query of yours.

You can fill the back form as many times as you want untill you complete your degree.

Yes, any graduate or post-graduate can apply for LLB. But, what exactly is your purpose to opt LLB because as per the rules of Bar Council of India (BCI), one cannot pursue LLB. through distance/correspondence/online modes. Only a person who has done a full-time LLB is deemed eligible to practice law in India.

You must undergo internship under a professional lawyer to register yourselves as a lawyer, so do not expect campus placement.

It's how you plan your retirement. If you want to become a professor, then sure LLM would be best. And, if you are happy and satisfied with what you are doing now, then its won't make much difference.
