The admission to the BALLB course is done at HLC. A merit list was prepared on the basis of the entrance exam conducted by Calcutta University.

Which course are you talking about? Also, the college you get depends on the cut off announced by the universities on the basis of that counselling will be held and you will get accordingly. Check university website for more details.

Yes, I just checked the website and the admissions are open and the "Apply now" option is also available for the 2 year LLM program.

The colleges you get shall be decided in the counselling on the basis of final merit list. But because your rank is 72, you can expect to get colleges from the list of preference given by you. Wish you all the luck.
