Yes, you can apply for their exam. However, as per my knowledge, they have just 4 all India open seats. So, if your parents are from the army, there is a high possibility of getting it.

Hi,
So, it is largely dependent upon the CGPA in college and the internships you have done so far. However, this is not a hard and fast rule. Sometimes they even give priority to someone with a good CV having Moots, research papers etc. Hope this solves your query.
