Programme at Delhi University Faculty of Law need to appear for and clear DU LL.B. Entrance exam 2018. To fill DU LL.B. Application form aspirants need to first register on the admission portal of Delhi University.

I would say that it's totally up to one's interest because opportunities are abundant in both fields. Regarding IPMAT, it's a 5 year long programme comprising of graduation and MBA degree.
