You can email the university asking them about this because the age limit criteria is over and I think they should also get over with the limit criteria.

Yes, you can do LLB after B.Com. The duration will be of 3 years.
The eligibility criteria for LLB course is that one should have BA/B.Sc/B.Com degree with a minimum of 40% marks in aggregate for general category and 35% in aggregate for SC/ST students. But you have to pass the entrance exam and personal interview.

National Law Institute University, Bhopal
Symbiosis Law School, Pune
Law College, Pune
Government Law College, Mumbai

You have to clear different types of entrance exams for applying to different law colleges. 60% is enough for you to clear the entrance exam. CLAT (Common Law Entrance Exam) is the basic requirement.

You can get admission in private colleges affiliated to Calcutta University if seats are available. Calcutta University will also allot you a college and if you don't like it you can definitely change if seats are available in other good colleges. You won't get into a government college though.
