Minimum eligibility to apply for B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from University of Mumbai, Fort Campus is a pass mark of 45% in graduation. Since you have only 40% in graduation, you are not eligible to apply for this course. However, there are many other law colleges in India where you can try your luck. After 12th you are eligible for CLAT (Common Law Aptitude Test) and BA LLB (various universities conduct their own exam).

B.Sc. LL.B. is not available in IP University. There are other courses which are mentioned at the link provided below. No, none of the private universities accept class 10th marks. Criteria is slass 12th marksheet in each & every law universities whether it be private or government.
