LAW CET is the entrance exam conducted for admission to almost 35 different law colleges of Andhra Pradesh. The same exam, same name, same date, etc. but with different syllabus is conducted for five year and three year law courses. The syllabus is equivalent to 12th for five year and equivalent to graduation for three years degree course.
The total maximum marks are 120 with no negative marking. So, the students must attempt all questions in allotted 90 minutes. There are no percentile required to be calculated but general category candidates must score minimum of 42 marks in this examination. Though this condition is w

This is an entrance test for admission to any of the almost 35 colleges in Andhra Pradesh. Interestingly this test is conducted for either of the three or five year law courses offered by the universities in Andhra Pradesh. Of course, syllabus for five years course is equivalent to 12th standard whereas one for the three year course is equivalent to graduation level. Out of the 120 questions spread over three subjects are to be answered in 90 minutes. With no negative marking, a student must attempt all questions. Between Jogesh Chandra Chaudhri Law College and Amity University, I would suggest you prefer Amity over the other one. There are several reasons for this. The first one being the popularity of Amity. The ULSAT is an entrance exam conducted for admissions in UPES Dehradun. The paper syllabus is similar to CLAT but has 150 questions only where equal weightage is given to every section including English, maths, logical reasoning, general knowledge and legal aptitude. The scores are based on the number of correct answers by a candidate out of the maximum marks of 150. The final ranks are also based on the marks obtained by a student. Well, the choice between these two colleges is not difficult as per me as both of them are not much known for law as such though are good institutes. However, VIT University, Chennai is much preferred for B.Tech courses and also, it has better infrastructure, faculties and placements.
Now, if you were to choose between these two, then on the basis of faculties, infrastructure and the placements, VIT would be a good choice.
They have some very good recruiters for other fields of education which makes it likely to have good placement for law as well.
Also, the infrastructure is amazing which certainly helps you throughout your year
