Admission to the five year B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) at JGLS is on on the basis of candidates performance in the Law School Admission TestIndia (LSATIndia). LSATIndia is an entrance test designed by the Law School Admission Council (LSAC), USA and is conducted by Pearson VUE, LSACs affiliate in India. The test is a multiple choice format and covers logical reasoning, analytical reasoning and reading comprehension. CLAT score is used by NLUs.

You are eligible to seek admission in 3 years LLB degree course even after BE IT as graduates of all disciplines are eligible to seek admission in 3 years LLB degree course offered by majority of Universities. You are advised to appear in LLB Entrance Examination conducted by legacy Universities.

As per current policy you are eligible to seek admission in 3 years LLB after BCom as there is no age limit for LLB examination this academic year of 2017-20 batch, as the Supreme Court has stayed Bar Council of Indias (BCI) notification fixing age limit for law courses. Age Policy on 2018-21 is yet to be declared.

In terms of age, NLU has withdrawn the age eligibility criteria for AILET 2017. You may have to wait for AILET 2018 admission notice to check eligibility. As per my understanding, you will be eligible to appear for AILET.
