Hello Astha,
Cut-off for year 2016 for BA LLB & BBA LLB were 125 and 120 (1 more or less) respectively. For year 2015, it was around 75 for BBA LLB. I am not sure about year 2014 and before.
Best of luck Astha, for the admissions.

Guide-Level 12

The best books for BA LLB Honors 1-year are:
1. Law of Torts by RK Bangia or in case you are comfortable reading a slightly complicated book go for Law of Torts by Ratanlal and Dhirajlal, commonly called R&D.
2. Law of Contracts- A commentary by Polluck and Mullah is advisable or a viable option could be Law of Contracts by Avtar Singh
3. Criminal Law I - PSA Pillai
For Legal English, you no book is prescribed, go with the course module (if your college provides one).

Try in UPES if possible or write entrance tests for DU, Allahabad University, JU and there are many central universities offering three-year law course.
