I don't think so.
According to me, RIIM College is best for the MA.
I am a student of this college, I am happy that I have taken a right decision for MA.
RIIM College provide you with:
Top faculties
Many different activities
Industrial visit and seminar
Placements are good.
If compared with last year statistics, it is difficult for you to get admission in MNLU, Nagpur. In spot counseling, they release the number of vacant list and you are supposed to go there. And, if your rank is good enough than other candidates, you will get a seat at MNLU.

Yes. Each University has its own scholarship structure. After your admission in college / at the time of admission, you can apply for scholarship if you are eligible.

Hi,
You can surely pursue law after completing the above mentioned. What you need to do is to clear CLAT. As per as the second part of the question is concerned, CLAT also has some part of maths, although it is minimal, just basic maths.

Hi,
The best way to clear UPSC through Law would be, crack CLAT with top ranking and opt for BA LLB. It would be very helpful and crucial step for your future dream. On the other hand, through law, only BA LLB can be opted keeping in mind your objective.
