No, there are least chance to get admission in VIPS with this rank. But, if you have SC or ST category. So, chances can be increase.

You need to fill the form of Common Law Entrance Test or CLAT 2018 which will come out by November or December. You can also take MH-CET for law colleges in Maharashtra.

UPES and Bhartiya Vidyapeeth are good. You can try for Indore Institute of Law as well.

It is not necessary that every college has B.Com LLB, but I am sure than TNNLS and UPES, Dehradun offer B.Com LLB and it's better you take CLAT to get admission in TNNLS.
