It depends upon your marks as well as your determination to clear CLAT. AIR 1 of CLAT 2015 was a drop out which is a clear example that even if you fail to give your best in the first attempt, you still have time to crack CLAT.

Every law firm has its own rules and regulations on thier employees doing their Independent law consulting practice. Most of the firm discourage or do not allow thier law qualified employees to do independent practice because it's likely to impact thier brand image.

First, complete your graduation degree then go for DU LLB entrance exam because it is a top law college to study law after graduation.

Definitely, you have all the chances to get admission through CLAT.
You should have filled the form and appeared for the examination and should have got respective marks according to the cut-off that comes after the results are out.

Most of colleges or universities conduct Law Entrance Examination for 5-years and 3-years law degree courses after 12th or graduation respectively.

If you do not get college of your choice for 5-years intergrated law degree program then you may do BA or BBA degree courses. On completion of graduation degree, you can do 3 years LLB degree course in any of the legacy universities.
