MBA Marketing and Operations is a sufficent qualification for a good job and career growth. If you do LLB now, you will spend three years in degree. If you take into consideration opportunity cost and return on investment, financially it is not a profitable decision to do LLB now. If you do LLB by distance learning, then you cannot practice in court. Therefore, unless you are passionate about becoming a lawyer, you can evaluate dropping LLB study.

There are two things that a law student seeking to pursue journalism must keep in mind. First, expressing ideas and opinions, or the reporting of facts that is required of a journalist is rather different from the kind of legal writing that law students are apt to be used to.

Bar Council of India does not recognise any distance learning degree and in fact there was long tussle between students and UGC in one side and bar council other side. Bar council has clearly mentioned and specified LLM through distance learning is not eligible for reaching position in bar council approved colleges.
Madurai Kamraj, Pune University and Annamalai offers LLM in distance mode.

Hello Devanshish,
It's nice to know about your dream of becoming a lawyer. It's really great. With huge unemployment after engineering and an enormous cost of medical education, law is the best option. These days five years integrated law courses are running. Almost every state has started conducting the entrance exam.
Best wishes.
