You cannot do MBA Finance along with law degree because current UGC guidelines do not allow simultaneously study in two degrees in same or separate universities.

You can easily pursue law after completion of your BA degree because there is only one criteria for admission in LLB which is you passing your graduation (10+2+3).

Undergraduate law program in Harvard is called J.D. You must complete your Bachelor's degree first in a related field and take the LSAT. You must be extraordinary academically. Harvard is one of the top ranked universities in the world so you must have a very good profile. Check this and prepare:

Law degree can be pursued after graduation in any subject. Thereafter, depending on the subject matter expertise, the area of law practice can be selected. For example, with your psychology background, you can do law practice related to family and behavioral issues.
