Bar Council of India has fixed the max. age limit of 22 years for seeking admission in 5-years integrated law degree course. You are eligible to apply for 5-years integrated law degree if you are below 22 years age.

Internships are provided by most of the law colleges to their students. If in case your college does not offer internship then you contact good firms at your end offer your interest in doing 2-3 months internship (without pay). Many firms agree and you get the chance to work.

Hi.
Law college fee structure depends upon the reputation and rankings. Top government law colleges and top private law colleges have fee around 1.75 lakhs to 3 lakhs per year (law is a 5 year course).
Mediocre law colleges charge 75000/- to 150000/- per year.
If you have plan to study in hostel - them most have hostel fees ranging between 85000/- to 150000/- per year.

Hi,
For LLB programme you should have Bachelor's degree whether it's B.Tech or any other graduation degree with 3 years with minimum 50% then only you can apply for the same.
According to your qualification Diploma cannot be referred to as degree.
