To get admission in JSS College, the minimum percentage required is 45%.

Go for M. C. Kuchhal or J. P. Sharma. In a subject like law, all the books are identical as the law is uniform. I personally like M. C. Kuchhal as it presents the material simply. Go through the suggested reading list and choose the latest edition only. Any book which covers your syllabus and is the latest will solve your purpose.

Can you please clarify what do you mean by the preferred center?

MHCET 2018 Eligibility:
All aspirants who have passed / appeared in the qualifying examination I. e. HSC/12th Standard examination or its equivalent examination and having Indian Nationality are eligible for appearing for MHTCET. There is no age limit for admission and appearing to MHTCET. The specialisation depends on your area of interest. Not only civil and criminal litigations, but there are many more specializations available these days. They vary from ADR, Corporate law, Tax laws, Cyber laws and so on.
