As you've completed your graduation, in my opinion, you should apply for Faculty Of law, Delhi University, because it is ranked among the top 5 law schools and it has 3 years LLB course which will save your two years.

There is so much to do while you are in a law school, like writing a research paper, participating in moot, debates and maybe if you have time to spare, you can also go for online courses. Universities like Oxford and Haward provide a lot of MOOCs nowadays.

Litigation (assuming this to be your 'lawyer's job' is just one among the various options one has as a law student. In order to go for the judiciary, the best option for you will be to get enrolled in a 5-year BA LLB course, and then try for various judiciary exams, conducted at state level.

In order to migrate to Australia, you need to apply for PR and without a minimum of 4 years work experience, you will not qualify. The other choice is to drop the LLB and apply for an MCA of 2-year duration and then become eligible for PR once you graduate. All the best.
