There is no Age limit for LLB programme which is after graduation as per bar council of India.
So if you want to apply just you need to check the particular Universities admission process and eligibility and deadline for form submission.

Yes, it is possible to pursue law after BCA.
If you wish to become a lawyer and be able to practice in the court of Law, you will have to complete the 3 year LLB program for which the eligibility is a graduation in any stream.
Different law Universities and colleges conduct different law entrance exams, to admit students to their courses, like NET (National Entrance Test), CLAT (Common Law Admission Test), Department of Law University of Delhi take admission through a common Entrance Test for all the three Law Centres (Campus Law Centre, Law Centre-I and Law Centre-II).

If you want to do LLM than you should complete LLB first than you are eligible to pursue this field.
LLB programme will give your knowledge , strong foundation and even through that only you are eligible to do LLM programme.
