Corporate law is being offered at the diploma , PG level and there are some certification courses too, mentioned below are some of the courses that you can opt for :
Master of Law (Corporate and Securities Laws)
Diploma in Corporate Law
Certificate course in Corporate and Securities Law
Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Laws & Management

Hi Amisha,
BBS & BFIA courses have been merged to form BMS(Bachelor in Management Studies).
Both the courses are equally good but both caters to entirely different domain, BMS lies within the management domain and the latter is related to law.So choose between the two and go for the course you like the most.

Hi Vishnu,
To practice as a lawyer in India, a regular law program is required. The part time education might not allow you for the same as per the rules of Bar Council of India.

After CLAT you can opt for courses like BALLB, BSCLLB, BBALLB etc, but if you want to pursue the below mentioned specialisations :
Civil law
Tax law
Criminal law
Corporation law
International law
Labour law
Real Estate law
Patent law
Then you have to pursue post graduation in law(LLM)

Hi Nishit,
Specialised Law courses such as the Bachelor of Academic Law and Bachelor of General Law are offered by some universities such as the Annamalai University.The Bachelor of Academic Law is a three year course and the latter is a two year course. In the Bachelor of Academic Law some additional subjects are covered such as Laws relating to personal law, customs and excise, motor accident etc. They also cover company, banking, insurance and administrative law.
