Hi Paras,
Yes, every law college should be registered with the bar council of India. The Bar Council conducts inspection on a regular basis and the affiliation can be cancelled if the college is not following the standard procedures.

The pattern for both the examinations is almost the same even though CLAT is for 5 year integrated course and faculty of law provides 3 years LLB.
