No, you cannot practice law after completing PGD in Law. You need to clear the AIBE exam in order to practice law as a lawyer. For which you need to complete a Bachelor's degree in Law i.e. LLB.

Yes, one can still become a judge even if they didn’t graduate from one of the NLUs. It doesn’t matter where students get their degree from.
