Yes, you can become an attorney for the government department if you complete your undergraduate BA LLB from this Dogra Law College-its recognition by the BCI, Bar Council of India would matter. After completion, one must pass AIBE to practice, though.

  • register with State Bar Council
  • pass All India Bar Examination (AIBE) to practice

No, a law degree is a must for a career in Administrative Law. Without a legal degree, you cannot become an Administrative Lawyer. In India, you must hold a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a recognized legal university in India and have passed the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) to practice Administrative law. To become an Administrative Lawyer, one must first obtain a law degree from a recognized law school.
