Long Island University admission requirements for international students comprise of proof of proficiency in the English language as a major entry requirement. LIU accepts all the major English proficiency exams and students can refer to the table below for the minimum score requirements according to the degree of choice:

Long Island University accepts applications through the Common Application and admits students through two intake seasons, ie; Fall & Spring. While applying to LIU, graduate students are required to send the following documents:
- Completed online application along with $50 = INR 4,162* application fee;
- Transcripts from all colleges and universities attended and proof of degree of anticipated degree;
- Proof of English language proficiency testing (IELTS/TOEFL/PTE/Duolingo);
- SAT/ACT scores;
- Resume/CV;
- Two letters of recommendation; and
- GMAT/GRE scores (if applicable).
Note: Some Long Island University's programs may have an additional require

The application fee ranges between USD 40 and USD 50 for different programs depending on the campus you wish to apply to. For instance, the Pharmacy campus requires an application fee of USD 40 while Brooklyn charges USD 50. This fee is non-refundable and compulsory to be paid by every student to submit the application.
