Candidates who wish to pursue BA LLB at NLU Assam must have obtained a minimum of 45% in class 12 exam. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to LLB is that the candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with above mentioned marks from any recognised board/council. Candidates who may be appearing for their qualifying examination in March/ April, 2024 are also eligible to appear. Candidate must submit result of the qualifying examination (i.e., 10+2) at the time of admission, failing which the candidate shall be ineligible for admission. Further the entrance exam for admission to NLU is CLAT.

RMLAU eligibility of LLB is as per the norms of BCI. Aspirants who have completed graduation with at least 45% aggregate (42% aggregate for OBC and 40% aggregate for SC/ ST) can apply for RMLAU LLB programme. Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification.
