Yes, you can pursue law course after your secondary school in any stream. All you need to do is apply for entrance exams like CLAT, LSAT and exams of different colleges. CLAT is an exam which qualifies for National Law Universities whereas LSAT for private Universities. Distance degree is valid for LLB regular course if it was done from a UGC DEB recognised university. So you can be eligible if your university is recognised from UGC DEB.

You have not write about the college/university name. However, the basic eligibility criteria for 3 years LL.B. Regular course is a Bachelor degree in any discipline with minimum 50% of marks for general, 45% for OBCs and 40% for SC/ST candidates. Therefore, you can be eligible if meeting the above eligibility criteria. So you have to first complete your degree requirements.

Candidates looking for admission to a 3-year LL.B. course needs to apply for DU LL.B. entrance test, which is an online objective question type-examination to be conducted from June 2 to 9th. To appear in the entrance test of DU LL.B. 2020, successfully registered candidates will be issued the DU LL.B. admit card from May 15 onward. Distance degrees are acceptable for regular LLB course, if done from a UGC DEB approved university. So if you have done the graduation from a UGC DEB recognized university then you can pursue LLB regular course.

No, you cannot do LL.B. course. The minimum eligibility criteria of LLB course is a Bachelors degree with minimum 50% of marks for General, 45% for OBCs and 40% for SC/ST.

As per the eligibility criteria of LLB, the candidate should have passed Bachelors degree with minimum 50% of marks (for general candidates). Therefore, you have to first clear your backlogs before applying for LLB.

Your B.Sc. IT distance degree is valid and marks are good enough for pursuing the regular LLB course. Hence you can pursue the regular LLB course.
