Hi,
To qualify to get admission in any college you need to have at least 40% (normally it is 45% to 50% in lot of colleges) in your last academic. So, chances are nil.

In my opinion, ipu is better than symbiosis because facility and faculty is better here. Rest you can use this tool to better a camparsion between both the colleges on the basis of fees, infrastructure and other elements

LLB is a 3-year course, no matter if you have done Master's degree or not, you have to give 3 years to complete this course.

Hello,
The eligibility criteria for LLB is having 45-50% marks. If you convert CGPA and meet this score it is okay. Otherwise, you can do 5 year LLB. On the basis of class 12th score, but you need percentage and not CGPA.

Yes, you have to sit in the CLAT exam for getting admission into national law universities or you can give individual exams like BHU CET, IPU CET JMI, AMU, and AILET for admission in other law colleges. You can also apply to private colleges on the basis of CLAT score or individually.
