It is totally up to your interest. First of all, which field attracts you more? Both are entirety different. I guess MBA has more career options, because once you complete MBA from an esteemed college, you have plenty of options where you get decent companies, salary packages. Also, you are not restricted work wise.

You can do 3-year LLB after completing BCA.
The best colleges for 3 year LLB are –
Faculty of Law, Delhi University
Aligarh Muslim University
Banaras Hindu University
Mumbai University
Jamia Milia Islamia
Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Law, IIT, Kharagpur
These colleges conduct their own entrance exam, you can get the information about the entrance exam on the respective college's website.
You will have to Clear State Judiciary Entrance Exam after completion of LLB to become a judge in a court.

In order to migrate to Australia, you need to apply for PR and without a minimum of 4 years work experience, you will not qualify. The other choice is to drop the LLB and apply for an MCA of 2-year duration and then become eligible for PR once you graduate. All the best.

Well if you are pursuing an undergraduate degree at any college then you may opt for a 3-year degree in law for which you need to have at least 45% in your graduation. Also, for 3-year LLB there are entrance exams held. For example, Faculty of Law, Delhi University, etc., and you need to prepare accordingly.
Also, if you want to go for 5-year LLB then you have CLAT as a good option to take or any other pvt. institute you may prefer.
