B.COM LLB (5 year integrated course) is an apt choice. I have seen LLB with CS people going high places in corp. law firms and corporate but work hard and try to crack all CS papers within say 2 years of passing LLB.
To become a lawyer, you need to get a degree in law by taking up the three-year LL.B.
For admission into a law school in India, you need to take an entrance exam called the Common Law Admission Test. You can plan accordingly.

You must have strong analytic skills, good interpersonal skills and a keen understanding of the basic principles in order to successfully settle as a Lawyer.
After obtaining degree, you can practice as a lawyer. To specialize in any specific law, it may be a good idea to pursue a post-graduate law degree or diploma courses in related field
You can join either the Bar Council of India or a local or state bar council by submitting an application.

A law graduate has different options to pursue the profession as a lawyer, legal advisor, law officer, public prosecutor, solicitor, law reporter, legal assistant and so on, depending on ones professional skills and experience. The private corporate sector has been recruiting legal professionals in a major way in recent years and the legal process outsourcing sector also offers openings. Law graduates are eligible to apply for the legal assistants posts in the Law Department in the Government Secretariat. An experienced practicing lawyer has ample opportunities to become magistrates or munsiffs and get promoted as sub-judges, district and sessions judges, High Court judges and so on in the judiciary. There are several opportunities for an experienced lawyer to become a public prosecutor, Government pleader, solicitor, notary public or even advocate general.
