It depends if you want to be a lawyer or want to change profession. LLB from an open university won't be considered abroad as well, you must have professional practice in India before you apply for a legal sector job abroad. Additionally you must clear the bar council exam of the particular country which you won't be eligible for unless you have a degree from a recognized university. I would advice you to speak with an authorized immigration agent for more possibilities.

For general candidates, 50% marks in graduation are compulsory.
And for SC/ST candidates 45% marks in graduation are required.
