Hi Shray,
It depends if you want to be a lawyer or want to change profession. LLB from an open university won't be considered abroad as well, you must have professional practice in India before you apply for a legal sector job abroad. Additionally you must clear the bar council exam of the particular country which you won't be eligible for unless you have a degree from a recognized university. I would advice you to speak with an authorized immigration agent for more possibilities.

To apply for DU LLB Course You Need A Graduate OR Post-Graduate Degree With 50% Marks, but you have scored only 43% marks in your graduation, so you can't get admission for LLB course in Delhi University.
For general candidates, 50% marks in graduation are compulsory.
And for SC/ST candidates 45% marks in graduation are required.

This means that to be eligible for LLB through JNU you need to clear the entrance exam and you should be a graduate through any stream.

3-year LLB degree is a good option after B.Com. You can specialize in direct and indirect taxes to become independent tax lawyer which is a very high paying job.
