In order to appear for Judicial Services Examination minimum education qualification criteria is LLB degree. It does not matter what is your first degree. You can choose between BA and BBA as per your personal choice and preference.

Yes, it's possible as LLB is a 3 year program which you can pursue after completing UG, but for doing LLB, you have to clear the entrance exams like CLAT, CTE, etc.

LLM is to be done after BA LLB, this is because, LLB is undergraduate program while LLM is a Master's degree.

If you want do an integrated course again, then go for one of the nationals by taking CLAT or AILET.
And for a 3-year LLB thing, you can join Faculty of Law, DU, BHU, AMU, JMI and other state universities.
Moreover, you can do CS simultaneously.
