Indian applicants planning to Harvard Uni LLM should meet the following requirements:

The Bar Council of India and UGC have not approved the distance learning mode for education in PG LLM program. So no University in India is permitted to offer LLM through distance education mode.

No college or university whatsoever is recognised to offer LLM through distance of online mode in India as per the latest 2023 UGC guidelines.

No, it is not tough to secure a seat in LLM at MDSU. Candidates who are seeking to pursue this course from MDSU must focus on fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria for the course. Only candidates having a Bachelor's degree with minimum 55% aggregate in LLB or PG Diploma in Law can be shortlisted for the course.
