Doing a second LL. M. along with CFA is indeed a brave choice. The degree awarded by the CFA institute US is one of the most the toughest attainable degrees with only 38% o f the students who appear managing to clear level 1, 39% managing to clear level 2 and 46% managing to clear level 3. Also do you have 4 years relevant work experience? Because it is a mandatory requirement that CFA is Awarded on successful completion of 4 years of qualified work experience so please look into that first. Moreover, though the choice is brave its really difficult to accomplish two major courses so please read up everything before you take

No, you can't go for LLB and LLM directly after 12th. So, options available to you are:
An integrated degree like BA+ LLB (Hons) or B.A.+LLB (Hons) or B.Com+ LLB. (Hons) depending on your interest. Eligibility for all of these degrees in most of the top universities is pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 and you might have to clear some entrance test (depending upon the university you want to take admission in).
B.A + LLB (Hons): Targeting students with an interest to pursue legal education with social sciences to benefit society. Creation of well trained and dedicated professionals in the legal framework.
B.A.+ LLB (Hons): Graduates

M, you can appear for civil and judicial services in your respective States, Work as an Academician, Corporate Lawyer, Legal Advisors in MNCs and company, Legal Processing outsourcing, Practice in criminal, civil or income tax as an Advocate. So if you are interested in any of the above, you must go for LL. M. after your LL.B. It will be advisable if you do your degree from a well known university and that provides prime placement opportunity, outstanding exposure and professional enhancement training. Placements are decent in Symbiosis Law School, Pune though they do not guarantee the same. Law is a popular course for undergraduate and postgraduate study, with the result that the pool of people with legal qualifications is getting larger. LLM is a good option for better future opportunities.
