If you want to pursue LLM from reputed universities like National Law Universities, CLAT PG shall be given and you'd be admitted subsequently upon qualification. There is no option other than giving an entrance exam to pursue LLM.

Hi Kopal, if you are a B.Com graduate, and you want to do LLM, then it is not possible, unless you do a three year LLB course from one of the certified universities. So, please do a three year LLB course, then you shall be a law graduate and only a law graduate can be eligible for a masters in law.

The candidate should have LLB degree (Law Graduate) with 55% marks from any recognized College or University.
Course detail:
Master of Laws (LLM) is duration of 2 years (Four Semesters) program offered by Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur with the approval of Bar Council of India. 80 seat for self-finance system.

You need to apply for CLAT PG in order to do an LLM at a National Law University. CLAT PG is generally conducted in the month of May every year.
