Lund University offers accommodations only for the international students. And they won't give accommodation guarantee to the EU students. All the international students were paid with same accommodation costs. Students must apply for housing to get a accommodation guarantee prior. Otherwise students must apply for LU accommodation. If you are not applied both of it then you preferred to have of Campus accommodation. As providing accommodation is a part of services offered by LU for international students.

The acceptance rate at Lund University is around 58%, indicating that out of 100 students who apply for admission to the university around 34 students will be granted admission hence making admission to Lund University relatively competitive and selective for the students. Additionally, students are also required to submit all the required documents asked by the university such as the submission to English Language proficiency test scores, transcript, a copy of the passport, and many more along with an application fee of SEK 900 (INR 6,903) to increase the chances of acceptance to the university.

Both Lund Uni Sweden are Uppsala are high-ranking and well-known universities based in Sweden. Lund University ranking in the World University Rankings in 2026 is #72. Uppsala University ranks #93.
