Hey Rajat,
Amity University, Mumbai is one of the best universities in India. The quality of knowledge and experience is great . The placement department is also very active and very supportive. you have a very different experience that you wont find any where else either if you are from different field they will guide you from basics and make sure you get the knowledge from the root for your better future.
I would suggest you to take admission in Amity, Mumbai.

Yes. Mass Comm is a very good field with very good package. Since you are already interested and determined about it, you may actually enjoy it. Also, I would suggest checking courses available in Jamia Milia Islamia.
