At NIU, an integral part of the career development programme is placement, which is undertaken by the Corporate Resource Center and Placement Cell (CRCP). The CRCP prepares the students for a successful future and not merely a job.
The placement process is manifold. It includes personality development, gap identification, mock interview, pre- placement counseling, CV formation, and live projects and internships. You are already pursuing a Master's degree which already make you a leader. According to me, instead of taking parallel courses, you should look forward to gain some internship training, which will nourish your CV and will make you excel in the interviews. Yes having an extra course during Bachelors could have helped you, because you were supposed to choose your career, but when you have already decided that and following the same route then these certificates won't be beneficial.

The placement records are very average. The highest placements go up to 4.5 lacs. The fee structure varies every year, so check the same with the university.
