Of course you can. For M.A Journalism, you just need to have a Bachelor degree. It can be in any field. Of course, they will have the entrance exam and based on your performance in that you will be shortlisted. They will generally test you in areas of current affairs and general knowledge.

Please follow the link below to explore more on the central Universities offing MA in Journalism, which would be 11 in number. But, if you include your search horizon to state, deemed and private universities that number of institutions are much higher.
