Yes, you can apply for MA Journalism, even if you have done BA. You are eligible to apply for it. Go for it.

Please follow the link below to explore more on the central Universities offing MA in Journalism, which would be 11 in number. But, if you include your search horizon to state, deemed and private universities that number of institutions are much higher.
