Dear Sharvari, in many universities, the eligibility criteria for enrolling in M.A. Psychology course is for students to have cleared their Bachelor's degree in any discipline with an aggregate of 50% along with clearing the entrance exam/criteria at your choice of university (could include interview round / age criteria etc. ). The same is applicable for the M.A. Psychology course at IILM University, where the Department of Psychology focuses on conceptual learning and intervention skills for three major streams at the post graduate level: Clinical, Counselling, Development and Organizational Psychology. For PR to Canada I am afraid the Distance learning programs might not get you the elusive points in express entry system. While the qualification may get you a relevant job in Canada.
