If possible, you can try in a regular college. If you want to do a correspondence course then you can do it from IGNOU. At IGNOU, the discipline of psychology strives to offer programmes in psychology that includes components like practicum, internship and project so that the learners benefit with hands on practice and experience enhanced learning.

It's Indeed very heartening to know that even after you have taken admission for MBA post your graduation in engineering, you are still interested in doing your M.A. In psychology. This is a very interesting subject for study but eligibility differs from university to university. If you have in mind a particular university then you have a certain university in mind then you will have to check on the website for eligibility. According to me yes, you can go for MA in psychology, but it would be very hard target to achieve you will have to work very hard.

Yes, Candidate must have done B.A. (Hons.) or B.A in Psychology from any recognized university with 55% in Psychology and 55% minimum aggregate or must be a graduate/post graduate from a recognized Indian university with a minimum aggregate of 60%.
