Though all the colleges have different requirements for different courses. Generally speaking, it is possible. Yes, you can do MA sociology without a BA sociology. Make sure to confirm that on the college website.
Some colleges may prefer graduation in relevant subjects like political science, psychology, history, or other arts and humanities fields.
