The MA programme at Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) costs more than Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University (BAOU). Tuition fees for the BAOU range between INR 3,800 and INR 40,000. On the other hand, KSOU levies tuition fees between INR 16,800 and INR 50,600 for MSc programmes.
