The total fee of MA ranges between INR 1.52 Lacs and INR 2.32 lakh. The fee, includes a caution deposit of INR 3,000. Candidates are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. Aspirants will also need to pay a registration fee to apply for admission.

Amrita DMC offers a two-year MA course in Mass Communication. This course is taught by the Department of Mass Communication. Candidates who pass a UG degree with 50% aggregate in any discipline from a recognised university are eligible to apply for this course. Admission to this course is entrance-based. The college accepts a valid score of CAP Test, which is conducted by Amrita School of Communication (ASCOM), Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, followed by a Personal Interview (PI) test.
