Hi, The hostel fees depends on what type of room you choose it can differ on whether its AC or non AC compatible room or sharing or non sharing.

Admission to the M.A. English course at Pondicherry University is done on merit as well as the entrance exam. The entrance examination would comprise 100 Multiple Choice Questions of a general nature drawn from Undergraduate syllabi from Indian Universities. The Common University Entrance Test CUET is conducted for all Integrated and PG programs including M.A. English course. The exam is conducted for shortlisting the candidates for admission in various PG programmes including M.A. M.Sc. M.A. M.Com. , M.Tech. M.A. LL. M programs and Five Year Integrated P. G. Programs. Yes, JNU offer placement. Almost 70% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered was 13 LPA, the lowest salary package offered was 6.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 9.5 LPA.
